This course is suited to educators in government and non-government schools, universities and TAFE.

You will be exposed to theory and national and international educational practices so that you can link diverse practices with your own experiences. Through discussion, debate and the sharing of ideas and information, you will broaden your knowledge and improve your practices.

Course outline

The course by way of thesis coursework consists of units to a total value of 72 points comprising three coursework units (18 points) and a thesis of 20000-25000 (54 points):

Admission requirements

Applicants must meet the admission requirements, or equivalent as recognized by the Faculty:

A. A four-year Bachelor of Education; and
B. (i) two years professional experience in Education, or
     (ii) demonstrated research capacity acceptable to the Faculty;
OR
1. a degree requiring at least four years of full-time study; and
2. two years professional experience in Education, and
3. demonstrated research capacity acceptable to the Faculty.
