New Unit for 2008Introduction to Rasch Measurement of Modern Test Theory - Rasch Online Course
Report available for download from the DET website - Evaluation of the Curriculum Improvement Program Phase 2 The organizing committee for the Graduate School of Education’s Post Graduate Forum, sponsored by the Fogarty foundation, is pleased to announce September 19, 2008 as the date for the next forum. The committee is now seeking expressions of interest for the forum. Postgraduate students from the University Of Western Australia Graduate School Of Education as well as from other universities’ education faculties are invited to participate and present their research in this forum. Participants will be asked to create a 20 minute presentation and be prepared for 5-10 minutes of discussion and questions at the end of their presentation. This is chance for all post-graduate students, regardless of their stage in the research process, to share their ideas and research with other postrgraduate students. In addition, the committee aims to make this an opportunity to connect with fellow students. Those interested in presenting need to contact Michelle Striepe at striem01@uwa.edu.au by August 12, 2008. Please provide name, contact details (phone and email please), and general area of research. We look forward to hearing from you!
