How to apply

How you apply depends on whether you are:

  1. Undertaking the unit as a professional development course
  2. An International Student not enrolled at UWA
  3. An Australian university student not enrolled at UWA
  4. A student enrolled at UWA

1. Professional development

If you are taking the unit as a professional development course, you will receive a certificate of achievement from the Faculty of Education when you successfully complete it.

The course starts on 20 July 2009.

  • Registration and full payment to be made on or before 12 June 2009.
  • Late registrations incur an administrative fee (payments will be accepted up to the 8 July 2009).

Registration is available online for participants from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. Online payments require a credit card.

If you are from a country other than Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, and you wish to pay by electronic funds transfer or international bank draft, you should use one of the forms below.

2. International student not enrolled at UWA

If you are an International student from a university outside Australia, you should check in advance if your university will give you credit for the unit. The unit is worth six (6) credit points at UWA where 48 points is a full-time load upon completion. You will receive a certificate of achievement from the Faculty of Education when you successfully complete it.

3. Australian university student not enrolled at UWA

If you are a student from a university in Australia other than UWA and you would like the unit credited towards your degree, you should check in advance if your university will give you credit for the unit. The unit is worth six (6) credit points at UWA where 48 points is a full time load. Students enrol as a cross intuitional enrolment.

4. Student enrolled at UWA

The unit is available to you if you are already enrolled at UWA.

You enrol through Student Admin.
