Journal: Education Research and Perspectives

This journal has been published continuously by the Department of Education/Graduate School of Education since December 1950.  Initially it was published as The Educand.  In 1961 the title was changed to The Australian Journal of Higher Education. The present title was adopted in 1974. Throughout its history, the journal has been multi-disciplinary in outlook, with a mixture of general issues and issues devoted to special topics. The range of authors is worldwide. The journal includes articles, review essays and book reviews.

The journal is published on a bi-annual basis (in June and December) and all articles are subject to external review and report.
