Re-enrolment for 2009

• All continuing students must re-enrol for 2009 - only PhD students are re-enrolled automatically.
• The 2009 re-enrolment period is from Monday 24 November to Tuesday 16 December, 2008.
• Late re-enrolment from 17 December will incur a financial penalty of $100 to $150.

Your progress is reviewed annually - you must complete the Annual Report below.

You need to complete and signed Part A and return to HCI on or before Friday, 10 October 2008.
