If you need help and the GSE IT helpdesk is not open then please email itsupport-education@uwa.edu.au and you will receive a response as soon as possible. Please note you may contact UWA IT helpdesk but they may refer you back to the faculty for help.

Printing costs and help

Printing charges for students:

• 5 cents per single-sided A4 sheet
• 9 cents per double-sided A4 sheet

Photocopy allowances for only the students listed below:

• Doctor of Education and Doctor of Philosophy students on a yearly basis students are entitled to:
  • 2000 free photocopies using a GSE copier for full-time students,
  • 1000 free pages for part-time students
• Masters by Coursework and Thesis students* once in the thesis phase of their course, on a yearly basis students are entitled to:
  • 1000 free photocopies using a GSE copier for full-time students,
  • 500 free pages for part-time students
    *Masters by Thesis and Coursework students MUST be enrolled in one of the following thesis units to be eligible for an allowance: EDUC9720 or EDUC9721
